Hi, ive had sessions of ipl laser hair removal on the neck. i really just want it for some coarse hair on the upper neck but the technician always treats the entire neck, including below the adams apple/ thyroid area. was just wondering if this can have an effect on the thyroid (nodules/ cancer)?
