Does Homeopathy Have Solution For Vitiligo?

Hi, My 10 years old son have vitiligo small portion lips corner have white spot from 2.5 months back. We started with allopathy (morning and evening lotion, one morning tablet daily) for one month and stopped allopathy due to burning and irritating on white spot and started Homeopathy. Is it OK to take Homeopathy and Ayurvedic medicine simultaneously or Homeopathy and allopath simultaneously for child Vitiligo? Please guide. Thanks and Regards.
