hello welcome to healthcaremagic

glucomannan is basically a fibre which helps improve your GIT.
there are very less facts stating that glucomannan affects CNS. though it can affect but its less likely.
more likely explaination is some other medication you are on. i would like to know the history of medications you have been on.
also this can be due to stress in life be it personal/professional or any kind.
please consider visiting a psychiatrist so that the doctor can start you on SSRIs which will help you calm your distress.

i hope this helps you.
please feel free to revert back in case of any doubts/concerns
thank you.
