Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Yes it is possible to develop chills and body aches in patients with Frusemide. It may be due to allergy or due to hypokalaemia and natremia. Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. Stop above medication and please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you with alternate medicine.

I hope I have answered your query. Let me know if you have any further questions.
Regards,
Dr. Penchila Prasad Kandikattu
