Does Flagyl Causes Low Energy Levels?
I have been taking 500mg of flagel for about a month to treat an infection and localized Crohn s flare up. I have an iliostomy for 26 years, up to now never an appearance of Crohn s since then. My question is does flagel also have a side effect of normal energy ? I am 67, very active, gym 5 days a week, walk seven days, golf ,yard work, etc. just seems since on flagel my energy level and interest in theses things is less than a month ago. I ll be seeing my gastrointestinal specialist in 3 days and will discuss m dictation options. Your thoughts will be appreciated. Thank you.

yes it is rare side effect of flagyl .
you may feel weak dizzy feeling faint ,confused depressed easily annoyed or angered .may be all these contributing and making you less energetic .
