Does Excedrin Help To Treat Migraine While On Clarithromycin?

am 35 y.o. male dx'd with strep throat.. given a script for clarithromycin 500mg er. told not to take Excedrin for migraine ha (have hx of same) and given another script of butalb/acetaminophen 325mg as well as prednisone 10mg. currently have a migraine and nothing is touching the pain. can i take the excedrin that i know will help

Clarithromicin is likely to interact with components present in excedrin..
So better to avoid that.
You can take acetaminophen in low dose as your doctor advised..
Take rest in a quiet place for migraine relief..
