Does Duphaston Pill Cause Weight Gain?
Hello ! I am in anorexia recovery and have secondary amenorrhea since September 2013 . Today i went to endocrinologist and now i have to take duphaston pills 2 a day for 10 days . I am like 90% recovered. So can i gain weight from this and what are the side effects ? And what you will do if you were my doctor. I really want to have my period. Thank you in advance .

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the amenorrhea without conception and disease then this is nothing to worry may not need any hormone disease because later or sooner you be having menses unless have some concrete reason like menopause (You have not mentioned your age here ) hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
