Does Duphaston Cause Problems During Pregnancy?

Hi I am 7weeks pregnant and my doctor advice me to take duphaston 3x a day is it alright to take that medicine I am worry because some of my friends said not to take that. During my doctors visit I tell to my doctor that I have a irregular period. Is it ok to take the duphaston?

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the pregnancy then it is advisable not to take any drug unless it is most indicated where mother and baby's health matters hope this information helps.
