Does Duphaston Cause Brown Vaginal Spotting?

Hi Me and my husband trying to conceive I had my last period on oct 13 and then it didnt come on nov 12 I have done multiple strip test which came negative and then finally after 15 days over my period date that is nov 27 did a blood test which came negative as well,,finally my doctor prescribed duphastan bd for 3 days for periods but on first day i had brown spotting and today that is second day of medication i have blood spotting Is it normal Ps: i always have regular mensturation cycle of 30 days.

Pregnancy bloood þert beig -ve....aftter 15 days delay in oeriods.... pregnancy is out of question
Yior yoctor myst have given Duphston to supprtprrhnancy or to inďuce periods if there is bno pregnancy.
The spotting on 1st day of còuld be either non viable pregnancy or absence of pregnancy.
Wait forperiods till 11th dayof starting.
Osult yiur doctor if there is excesdive pain/bleeding or after the beeding has stopped for plannin for next conception.
