Does Dulcolax Help To Treat Partial Blockage In Colon?

Hi Dr. Narasi, I have in the past had a couple lower intestine hernia s repaired and in November 2013 I have Surgery at the Hospital for a Partial Blockage in my Colon and the Doctor cleaned up some of the Scar Tissue around Hernia s. I had a good Bowel Movement on Sat. night Sept. 6. I had a few stools on Sunday then I started feeling some pains around in my abdomen and bloating kind of like before when I had a partial blockage which scares me. If I take 1 or 2 Ducolax Laxatives and I have a partial blockage will that make it worse or will it give me some relief? I am passing some gas and some stool passed Tuesday morning.

Dulcolax is Bisacodyl. It increases the movement of bowel and there by relieves constipation .It's better to give cremaffin syrup or Lactulose syrup.
Increase water intake and fiber content in food...
