General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Dronis consists of Ethinyl Estradiol and drosperinone. It is given to regularize periods and help in conception. For conceiving you have to stop dronis as it is an oral contraceptive too. I don't think your miscarriage happened because of dronis. You said that you have endometriosis, most likely it is the cause for your miscarriage. I would advise you to discuss it with your gynecologist for further guidance regarding treatment.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Nazma.amman
