I am Infectious Disease Specialist! I went through your query!
Clarithromycin is fine for your upper respiratory tract infection but not cat bite. You get tetvac and start rabipur (0,3,7,14,28) and booster at 90 days. Watch the behaviour of pet for 10 days.
