Does Citrus Magnesia Cause Constipation?

I took 10 oz of Citrus magnesia at 4 Pm, followed by 8 oz of Gatorade, I then drank 8 oz of chicken broth and continued with approximately 24-30 oz of Gatorade. At 8 pm I took another 10pz of citrus magnesia with 8 oz of Gatorade It is now 8 40 pm and I haven t had a bowel movement, is this normal. Have a colonoscopy tomorrow at 11 Am
