Does Cetirizine Affect Sperm Quality Or Contribute To DNA Fragmentation?

Does certrizne antihistamine affect sperm quality or contribute to DNA fragmentation. I suffer badly from hay fever but have decided not to take antihistamine as I had tested for high speed DNA fragmentation 5 months ago. Also if soerm is affected is it likely to be the case from a one off use of antihistamine or prolonged use.

Hi, I think cetrizine or any other antihistaminics will not affect the sperms quality or DNA fragmentation. So, you can do a semen analysis after taking antihistaminics also. If semen analysis is abnormal, it can be due to some other reasons.
