Hi,

The prescribed medication contain probiotic tablet.

So it will help in diarrhea rather than leading diarrhea as side effects.

It's advisable to investigate with stool routine micro examination for further work up.

The Rifaximine like drug can be prescribed empirically for bacterial overgrowth.

You can revert back with reports esp. Stool report.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
