hi.. thanks for writing..i have understood your concerns.. as such masturbation does not cause any problem but the technique of masturbation like stroking rapidly usually cause a behavioral conditioning in a person to ejaculate early. this can be the reason for early ejaculation within a minute.. masturbation and actual sex is different, so you have to wait till your first sexual encounter to see if you ejaculate early or not.. there are behavioral techniques to delay the ejaculation without taking drugs..that can be very beneficial and effects are long lasting.. drugs are available to delay ejaculation like SSRI antidepressants.. in my opinion you shud consult a psychiatrist and tell your problems.. he will explain you the behavioral techniques as well as will give information about drugs.. the ayurvedic medicines are not scientifically tested and they are not effective in resolving any of the sexual problems..so dont use them , it is just waste of money.. i hope this advice will be helpful to you.. best of luck...
