Does Atripla Interact With Aleve And Norco?

I ve always had hemorrhoids since 2013. It would always swell up after about 48 hours post anal sex, but would always subside. Two weeks ago I had anal sex. As expected, my dormant hemorrhoids swelled up after a week, only this time it was really excruciating and made it hard to pass stools. Fast forward to 4 days ago, my stools became bloody, passing them was even more painful, so much that I really dread taking a dump now because I know it starts and ends with drops of blood, bloody stool between. The perianal pain is quite excruciating that it keeps me up at bedtime, so much that I had to cry myself to sleep two nights ago. I am hesitant to take any strong pain killer (aleve, norco) as I ve read they have major interactions with atripla (my hiv medication). I am really lost here. Can you give me an idea of what I might be suffering from? Thank you...

I WOULD SUGGEST YOU TO AVOID ANAL SEX TILL YOU HAVE UNDERGONE DEFINITE TREATMENT THAT IS SURGERY FOR YOUR HEMORRHOIDS.
SITZ BATH WOULD BE BENEFICIAL TO YOU(ADD A FEW ML OF BETADINE SOLUTION IN BATH TUB WITH LUKE WARM WATER AND SIT THAT FOR 15 TO 2OMINS DAILY)
YOU SHOULD INCREASE THE FIBRE CONTENT IN YOUR DIET FOR PREVENTING CONSTIPATION. LAXATIVES LIKE LIQUID PARAFFIN CAN BE TAKEN FOR CONSTIPATION
FOR PAIN A PAIN KILLER LIKE DICLOFENAC CAN BE TAKEN.
IF THE PROBLEM STILL PERSISTS I WOULD ADVISE YOU TO CONSULT A SURGEON AND PLAN FOR SURGERY.
