Does Adderall Give False Positive Pregnancy Test Result?
My wife currently takes Adderall 20mg twice a day. She just took a pregnancy test and it came back positive. She s not late for her period but, in terms of timing, should be today. Although I can t say we ve exactly been trying for a child, we haven t taken the measures not to either. Can Adderall give a false positive and is that something she should d/c until we know one way or the other? Thanks so much on your thoughts! :) Paul & Jacqui

I dont think adderall can cause false positive pregnancy test.
However an assessment by a gynecologist would help you to know better about the status of pregnancy. Blood beta-HCG levels are more sensitive to detect and confirm pregnancy.
Donot discontinue adderall before your doctor's prescription.
