Doctor, First Off, Thank You For Your Service! I Think

Doctor,
First off, thank you for your service! I think it is terrfiic. Now, on to my issue. I am a female who recently made a huuuge mistake that was out of character for me. I was drunk and had unprotected sex with with a stranger. During the act, he ejaculated inside me. Now, 29 days after the incident I took the duo test. It was negative. I was so happy! But afterwards I started thinking about some things I remembered from health class. Namely, that sperm can live up to five days in a woman. What I am wondering is this: 1) Is the duo test conclusive from the date of the sex act or from the date that the sperm may die inside me? For example, I had sex with the guy on November 17 and took the duo test on December 16. This is 29 days from the encounter, but 24 days from when his speem may have died inside me. Could I get HIV from the sperm that were still alive inside me even if I didn't from the sex? Do I need to take test from the date the sperm died? Is a duo test from 24 days worth anything? Should I test again? I am freaking out with all these thoughts! Any help would be so appreciated!
