Diabetologist 's  Response
Dear sir i can understand your concern
in my opinion once diagnosed as diabetes its slightly difficult to get full remission but this will differ from case to case

in some cases medications can be discontinued ,But it should be done in a gradual pattern.

BY following good diet and exercise pattern its quite possible in your case since you are in 30's.

sudden stopping of medication with out doctors advise is not advisable in diabetes.
i suggest you to see your doc and try discussing issue with him.
even after stopping medication its advisable to check your blood sugars atleast once a month at home.
