Hello thanks for asking from HCM for your health related queries

I can understand your concern. You are taking Oxycodone 40, Pregabalin and Fluoxetine 40 since last 4 years. Oxycodone is an opioid drug and if you are feeling better in pain then then in my opinion the drug should be stopped. The drug should be tapered gradually and doses should be tapered by about 20% every two weeks and should be stopped completely in about 6-8 weeks. This would prevent any serious withdrawal and you can wean off the drug completely. Once you stop the Oxycodone then you can gradually reduce the doses of Pregabalin. Don't reduce the doses of both drugs simultaneously as this would be a little difficult. If your PCP is not in the same opinion then consult a psychiatrist for proper prescription and tapering of doses.

Thanks, I hope this helps you. Take care
