Do Swelling In One Knee And Pain In The Other Indicate Occupational Hazards?
I am having some issues with my knees i am a 30 year old construction worker in the flooring industry and spend a lot of time working on one or both knees my right knee is swollen, yet soft about the size of my fist. it is warm but has no pain. My left knee is not swollen at all but when i put pressure on it in one spot i get an acute shooting pain thru the outside of my left knee. Im sure my work is responsible for the majority of this is there a way to treat these issues?
Thanks for posting your query to hcm .As I understand it could be because of your occupation . I suggest you to stop prolong work in such a position for few days and give rest to limb . simultaneously start physiotherapy and take some pain relieving medication . hope it will help .
