Pain in right side of legs may be due sciatia, herpes infection, muscular streching or stress on muscle, injury, varicose vein etc.
If you have already varicose vein then elevate legs while Sleeping with the help of pillow. It help to prevent pain.
Varicose vein may be due to following reasons
standing for long periods of time
pressure on the midsection of the body, especially the abdomen
obesity, which adds weight to the body and increases the pressure on the legs.
The following changes can help prevent varicose veins from forming:
Avoid standing for extended periods of time.
Avoid excessive sun exposure.
Lose weight or maintain a healthy weight.
Exercise to improve your leg strength.
Refrain from crossing your legs for extended periods of time.
If you already have varicose veins, you should take the steps above to prevent new varicose veins. You should also elevate your legs whenever you’re resting or sleeping.
Wear special compression pantyhose or stockings
