Medically there are no studies done for pudina shrinking fibriods,
My suggestion is consult ur gynaecologist if u have problem in menstrul cycle, planning to get pregnant.
The effect of fibriod depends on the location and size of it. If it is small fibriods not giving troble to ur periods then u can ignore it.

Uterine fibroids do not shrink with any medicines given by the doctors.Most small fibroids do not require treatment but if the fibroid is big then even surgical treatment is required.So whether Pudina leaves reduce the size of fibroids or no there is no medical study regarding this.
