Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Yes gallstones may cause right hypocondrium pain, nausea and vomiting. They may also cause dyspepsia after food intake. Avoid fatty food and alcohol. Use tablet Udilive twice a day for two weeks. Eat green leafy vegetables.

If symptoms do not improve please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.

I hope I have answered your query. Let me know if you have any further questions.
Regards,
Dr. Penchila Prasad Kandikattu
