hello welcome to healthcaremagic.

i would like to know the medication you were put on.

most probably its just a normal physiological change your body has gone.

it may be due to medication you are getting (as a side effect). that is why i would like to know your medications.

please be assured that you Are NOT pregnant as you had your cycles.

For your satisfaction please take a pregnancy test under the name of UPT kit.

if cramps are concerning you, take anti spasmodics like dicyclomine or drotavarine.

i hope this helps you.
please feel free to revert back in case of any doubts/concerns.
hope for your good health.
thank you.
