General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

It is possible to be an infection and not pregnancy. I suggest to drink plenty of water. Supplements with vitamins and minerals and make urine analysis.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
