Tonight while being intimate with my wife, I had a burning painful sensation when ejaculating. It lasted about 40 secs and a very slight dull burn for a while after. My wife and I are monogamous, so I know it s not an std. I would like to know what caused it. Because 3 days ago we were intimate and it was fine. Just to give you some more information to help with diagnosis. For about 5 months now my wife has said my urine smells bad. Especially in the morning. For the past two weeks I have had to urinate more than normal and it s run to the bathroom intense cant unbutton fast enough type of feeling and that s not normal for me. I never was the type to have to do the dance if you know what I mean. Also a day after we were intimate before tonight. I had a bad urine sensation and ran to the bathroom and after I urinated it felt like something was trying to come out and stopped at the tip of my penis. I felt it with my hand right when it happen and it felt like something was there. I pushed as hard as I could to empty my bladder. Urinated some more and it was gone. Thinking kidney stone but not sure. My urine has been cloudy but thought it was due to tums for my constant heart burn. But I would like to know what you think it is. I m thinking uti due to kidney stone and sex. Please let me know thanks.
