Do I Take Tylenol For Pain On Head Due To Hitting?

I picked up a soda can under the cabinet and came up fast hitting the cabinet that sat me on my rear. The bleariness is gone, no blood outside the head or in the eyes but it hurts a lot. Do I take a Tylenol, put ice on it when I can touch it and do I have to stay awake, I am very tired from the pain.

As you stated in the query cabinet stuck on the head ( mild to moderate degree hitting ) and this causes severe pain.
As you mentioned that you want to take tylenol for pain.
Yes, tylenol ( paracetamol ) is safe drug and will act as a pain killer and you will get relief .
Ice massage will provide relief with complete rest ( if possible ).
Noe need of any tension but if you feel dizziness then that will the cause of concern .
