Do I Change Medicine For Depression As It Raises Alkaline Phosphate Level?

I have found out that my depression med I m on is raising my alkine phosphate level and it has been up for the last two years and that is worring me the med I m on is doing really well for depression and doctor can and is willing to change it but I m afraid the depression would get worse before the meds gets into my body .my question is this do I change the meds or just keeptaking the one I m on even if it raises the level

If I were your doctor I would start you on a new medication and slowly wean you off the one you're on now. That shouldn't affect your depression
