Hi I m doing the Atkins diet and I m not really losing much weight it s been 12 days I read that if you are taking supplement hormone pills like estrogen and progesterone this causes slow weight lose is it true? And what should I do? YYYY@YYYY

consult dietician and gym expert for advice.hormone supliment you are taking so is it for menopausal syndrome?.give your history properly and real requirement for advice and treatment.
