Do Heart Palpitations With Left Arm And Foot Tingling Require Medical Attention?

I have had some heart palpitaions this morning and some tingling in my left arm and left foot..I took some low dose aspirin about 2 hours ago and my potassium prescription since it had been a while..I don t want to panic but I think I may have some kind of blockage since I just passed a treadmill test in June..should there have been more tests run to check for that ?

hi, heart palpitations do require evaluation and you need to get an ECG done or Holter monitoring( continous ECG) to rule out paroxysmal rythm changes. Also your electrolytes (potassium) levels need to be checked since your are getting symptoms.
