Do Dizziness And Vomiting Indicate Pregnancy?
Hi,my periods are due on 2nd May. But today I felt dizzines for the whole day.I also vomitted this morning. I had unprotected sex with husband during my periodsl last month. Are their any chances for me getting pregnant. Please suggest me some home remedies.I do not want to get pregnant coz I delivered last year,n also in 2014 . Please help.thank you

Yes dizziness and vomiting in morning are potential sign of pregnancy. Definatively chance of pregnancy is less as you did sex in period time. But exact pregnancy should be confirmed by UPT 10 days after normal missed period date. You could also do Blood HCG or USG that is more accurate and also confirm the intrauterine pregnancy and gestational age.
So first consult the gynecologist. There is no such home remedies for terminate the pregnancy. You should medical abortion pill under proper guidance and supervision of gynecologist. You can use gynecologist prescribed mifty abortion kit. Tabet Mifepristone 600 mg orally to be followed after 24 hours by Tab. Misoprostol 800 ug vaginally/orally every 4-6 hours up to 3 doses. Bleeding and abdominal cramp will start after 1-2 hour after last pill and last for 5-7 days.
Do not use this treatment by self medication as it cause serious complication like excessive bleeding , failure of treatment/incomplete abortion, abnormal continuation of pregnancy, infections.
Follow up USG after 14 days to confirm incomplete abortion.
