Do Cough Syrups Cause False Positive For Opiates In A Drug Test Report?

Ive just taken a home drug test and it shows positive for opiates whilst i was expecting a positive result for thc i was not expecting a positive result for opiates i had a fair bit of cough mixture a couple of weeks ago due to the flu it has Pholcodine in it could this be why? I do not take any other medications
