Do Clear Communication Skills Take Long To Develop After An Induced Coma?

After a month in the an induced coma how long will it take somebody to be able to communicate clearly ? The patient is reviving massive amounts of stem cells for a damaged heart to avoid transplant . They want her awake for a week to work wth her cause of the length of the induced coma and will go back into one after the week of being up to continue stem cells.
