Do Blood Pressure Levels Indicate Chest Infection?

I was out on the ebike earlier today trying to exercise but lately tight shoulders and chest. I have COPD as it is so try not to push but since Saturday been wheezy and tight, even at a standstill. I checked my blood levels which come out at 153/ 106. Pulse rate 122. Could it be a chest infection again or something worse ?

Thanks for your question on HCM.
In my opinion you are having hypertension due to COPD. As lung infection in COPD tend to cause septicemia and thus hypotension not hypertension.
So better to evaluate yourself for hypertension.
COPD is systemic disease and cause cardiovascular complications. So hypertension can be a complication of COPD. Better to consult cardiologist and get done ECG and 2D ECHO and start treatment for hypertension.
