Do any of you suffer from frequent heart palpitations ?

Or fluttering in the chest , if you do, how long have you suffered and do you find that something specific triggers them, and are you being treated for them? Personal query due to having them myself? Thanks guys

Yes sometimes. Palpitations are basically an awareness of ones own heart beating. They are usually a benign variation of normal but occasionally they can represent pathology. If you are getting other symptoms then having a quick ECG or really a 24 ECG would be useful to rule out any problems. Things like caffeine and anxiety can make the problem worse.
