Hi Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern.
No absence of pregnancy symptoms during first trimester doesn't mean miscarriage. Some women may feel nausea, vomiting, anorexia, etc in first trimester. But its not necessary. Some women doesn't feel any symptoms. In some cases it has been seen that some females are unaware of their pregnancy till they enter 2nd trimester.
Miscarriage is suspected only if you had vaginal bleeding during pregnancy period, so you need not to worry.

You should also visit a gynaecologist for regular checkup during pregnancy
Don't worry you would be fine
Hoping your query is solved
