Do Oligocare And Fertyl M Tablets Help In Improving Semen Quality?

Hello Doctor, I have undergone Semen test and my reports shows sperm count 20.2 Million/ml, Motality rapid-45, slow progress-25, non-progress 20 and other-10, Morphology normal- 60 abnormal 20 head defects 10 tail defects 10, I have been asked to take OLIGOCARE and FERTYL-M 25 tab will it help in improving the quality of semen.

Hello,

Oligocare and Fertyl M tablets will help to improve sperm count. Do continue to take the prescribed medicines. Your count and morphology or more or less within the normal limits, you will have to increase the motility. You are suggested to take food rich in zinc, omega 3 fatty acids, vitamin D and C. Ashwagandha is effective.

Take food rich in protein, nuts balanced with whole cereals and green leafy veggies and fruits. Cut on alcohol, smoking, addictions if any. Do regular exercise and maintain healthy weight. Take nutritious food, avoid fast food or trans fat / soya products / ajinomoto, etc.
