Do Metformin React With Pravastatin And Lisinopril?

i want to know if my medicines don t conflict with each other or cause my symptoms. I take metformin 500mg and pravastatin 40 mg. I also take lisilopril 5 mg for my heart. I had a stroke and heart surgery. now i m told i have type 2 diabetes (sugar 7.5%). one bad symptom i read from my meds can cause type 2, so maybe i need less medicines if they re making me worse off. Your opinion please.
