Hi,

Marijuana use is associated with low sperm counts and decreased motility which may affect the ability of the sperms to swim properly and reach the eggs.

Crystal meth may damage the seminiferous tubules that support the testis resulting in low testosterone as well as sperm production. Let your fiancé to undergo semen analysis to rule out the toxic effects of these drugs of abuse.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
