Do IBS And Diverticulitis Cause Yellow Vaginal Discharge?

Hey. I am 51, female, no sexual activities for over a year. Recently diagnosed with IBS and Diverticulitis. For the past two weeks I have had random yellowish vaginal discharge. Wearing a pad daily. Finding small amounts on tissue after I wipe. Not every day but several times a week. I had a complete hysterectomy years ago, everything removed. What could be causing the discharge?

I really appreciate your concern, chances of infection need to be ruled out for such discharge else this is nothing to take anything with the history of IBS and diverticulitis, in my opinion better to get done the swab culture sensitivity test, hope this helps, take care and have a nice day.
