What is it called when a medical student thinks they have a condition a patient has ? i think i have that cuz i always think i have symptoms of a mi which is a heart attack but i dont have it. weird huh ?

Paranoia ;). Don't worry it happens to everyone...Which year are you? It usually gets worst in the second year. It resolves by the end of residency ;).
