Do I Have A Broken Jaw?

I got hit in the jaw last night my teeth are aligned but I can barely open my mouth & my lower lip past my chin in completely numb my jaw hurts on both sides but from my jaw all the way to my ear on the opposite side from where I was hit.. does it sound like a broken jaw or pinched nerve?

The numbness could be because of pinched nerve (mandible),and going by your symptoms it's better to rule out fracture although it does not looks to be and it needs physical examination to rule out.So my advise would be get OPG x-ray done.
