Do Disprin And Compral Affect The Baby During Pregnancy?

Hi dr I decently found out am7weeks pregnant whereas iv been getting my normal periods and having painful period pains and on the 6week I was on my period n the cramps were painful n i took a mixture of pills (grandpa,disprin,compral,anadin,n panado)1 of each tablets n they helped..so after finding out am pregnant am worried if this pills harmed my unborn baby are the any side effect ??

I can understand your concern.
Disprin is having aspirin. It is safe in pregnancy.
Compral is having paracetamol and aspirin. Both are safe in pregnancy.
Anadin is having paracetamol and caffeine. Anadin they are safe in pregnancy.
Panado is having paracetamol.
So the drugs you have taken are safe in pregnancy.
So no need to worry for fetal damage.
