Hello,

Since you are trying to conceive since the last three years you are suggested to get clinically examined by a gynecologist. PCOD commonly causes infertility and infertility treatment should be done for both the partners. If obese you should lose your weight and maintain healthy weight for faster conception. Do lifestyle changes, do regular walking and exercise, avoid addictions if any. Take home made food rich in proteins and minerals.

Stay away from trans fat, full fat dairy products, oily spicy food, fast food, etc. You will be treated with progestin therapy, BC pills, Clomiphene, etc. You will have to go through a series of blood tests, urinalysis, investigations for infertility for males and females and imaging tests.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
