Do Aleve And Tramadol Cause Elevated Liver Enzymes?

hi my lLFT is 211 and AST AND ALT are all elevated, i drink alcohol, i eat a lot of fatty food,, ive been taking aleve and tramadol ( alternate ) recently ( for almost one month ), 3 days after my last dose of aleve, i had blood test for my annual physical exam. my hep b and c , alkaline phosphatase, glucose and platelet are all normal. i am thinking that my elevated LFT is drug induced. i want to get your opinion about this. do you agree with me that my lLFT elevation is drug related? if yes, what do i do
