Welcome to HCM.
It is called motion sickness.
According your history of head injury ,symptoms might be due to concussion of brain.
Take betahistidine or flunarizine to subside this symptom.
It will subside within 10 to 15 days after medications, otherwise go for
investigations and start treatment under guidance of your family physician.
