Dizziness, Nausea, Mucus In Urine, Vomiting, Vertigo. Urine Analysis Done, No White Blood Cells. What Could This Be?

I have POTS, and have for 2 years. The last week I have been EVEN dizzier, throwing up, and near passing out. I am on no medications, but drink at least 4 litres of water a day, and eat a lot of salt to help raise my blood volume.
This last week I have seen strings of bloody mucus in my urine, have felt pressure in my head, and as I mentioned nausea and vertigo. I had a urinalisis at the clinic on Wednesday, and the results were: no white blood cells (so no infection), some sugar, and traces of blood. I do not have diabetes, and am tested for it every year as my mother has it. I know it is not diabetes. What is wrong?

Hello,

The presence of sugar in urine may be due to lysis of the RBC's. Presence of blood in the urine may be due to renal stones or nephritis. You may need Ultrasound of the KUB to arrive at a diagnosis. Consult your doctor and get evaluated.
