Dizziness, Fluctuating Pulse When Sitting, Standing, Walking. On Heart Rate Monitor. Normal Symptoms?

I have been wearing a heart rate monitor that tracks and logs information for a few days now. My heart beat is around 60-70bmp when sitting and jumps to 100+ on standing. After walking around it fluctuates between 80-110bmp. I become dizzy after a while and sit and then it drops to 60-70bmp again. Why does it do that? Is that normal?
